Ingredients:

-  1 cup chopped watermelon (seeds removed)

-  1 cup chopped strawberries

-  1/2 cup almond milk

-  1 tbsp chia seeds

-  Love

 

Directions:

  1. Add almond milk and chia seeds to the blender

  2. Add the watermelon and strawberries

  3. Blend on high speed for 1 minute

  4. Pour into a mason jar and enjoy this refreshing smoothie!

Pink Berry Watermelon 

Prep time: 10 minutes, Serves 2

 

Ingredients:

- 2 ripe grapefruits

- 1 handful coriander

- 1/2 handful mint

- 1 ripe avocado

- 1/4 cup water

- Handful ice

- Love

 

 

Directions:

1.  Hand squeeze the grapefruit juice

2.  Add juice, coriander and mint to blender

3.  Blend in a high speed blender for 1 minutes

4.  Scrape out the avocado into the blender & add water

5.  Blend for another 30 seconds

6   Add crushed ice into glass and pour smoothie on top

7. Enjoy this vitamin C packed smoothie!

Green Grapefruit Goddess

Prep time: 10 minutes, Serves: 2

 

Ingredients:

-  1 cup of chopped/washed kale or spinach leaves

-  1 cup frozen/fresh mango

-  2 medium celery stalks chopped

-  1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice

-  1/4 cup flat leaf parsley

- 1/4 cup fresh mint

- Love

 

Directions:

  1. Chop all ingredients and put into a blender

  2. Pour in the orange juice and blend until thick and smooth

  3. Pour into pretty glasses and drink up the goodness!

Mean Green Machine

-  2 cups soy or almond milk

-  1/2 cup frozen blueberries

-  1/2 cup fresh raspberries

-  2 pitted Medjool dates

-  1 ripe banana

-  Love

 

Directions:

  1. Add almond/soy milk and banana to the blender and blend 

  2. Add the blueberries, raspberries and dates

  3. Continue to blend on high speed for 1 minute

  4. Pour into a mason jar and enjoy this thick, creamy smoothie!

Berry Banana Blitz

Creamy Oatmeal & Pear

Ingredients:

- 1 ripe pear chopped

- 1/2 cup almond milk

- 1/4 cup yoghurt

- 1/4 cup whole rolled oats

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 1 inch ginger chopped

- 1 tsp honey

- Love

 

Directions:

  1. Add almond milk, pear, ginger and oats to blender and blend

  2. Add yoghurt, cinnamon and honey

  3. Continue to blend on high speed for 1 minute

  4. Pour into a mason jar and enjoy!

Berry, Banana & Avo

Ingredients:

- 1 ripe banana

- 1/2 ripe avocado

- Handful frozen blueberries

- I cup pomegranate juice

- 1 tbspn chia seeds

- Love

 

Directions:

  1. Add pomegranate juice to the blender and blend 

  2. Add the blueberries, banana, avocado and chia seeds

  3. Continue to blend on high speed for 1 minute

  4. Enjoy the energy boost!
