Breakfast you'll get out of bed for.

So my boyfriend and I are currently crashing at our close friends place in Dubai until we find our own apartment. This is so amazingly kind of them, but it does mean I have to be a bit savvier with my meal planning. (I’m conscious not to bombard their fridge and cupboard space with all of my health food products and kitchen appliances!).

So this morning I whipped up this super simple nutty granola breakfast. This is great as it's a healthy option, gluten free and paleo, and only uses a few ingredients that can all be found at your local supermarket. Also a perfect idea if you are travelling and only have a mini fridge in your hotel room.

Mix everything below into a bowl and you are done and out the door in 10 mins!


  • ½ cup breakfast granola (I used a nutty, gluten free version)

  • 1 cup organic non GMO almond milk

  • ½ ripe banana sliced

  • 1 handful washed blueberries

  • 4 strawberries sliced
