    Quinoa Crispbread with Avocado

    Avocado can literally do no wrong. This morning’s breakfast invention is Quinoa crispbread topped with avocado, olive oil, lemon, paprika, salt pepper, linseeds and sesame seeds. So delish! Starting your day with healthy, natural fats like avocado and olive oil is great as it improves cognitive brain function to keep you in full form. Here is the recipe!

     

     

     Ingredients:

    - 3 slices of Quinoa crispbread (or any bread you prefer)

    - 1 large ripe avocado

    - 1/4 juiced lemon

    - 2 tsp. olive oil

    - Sprinkle of paprika

    - Sprinkle of himalayan sea salt

    - Sprinkle of black pepper

    - Sprinkle of seseame seeds

    - Sprinkle of Linseeds

    - Love

     

    Directions:

    - Slice avocado into thing slices and place over crispbread

    - Squeeze lemon over the top of avocade

    - Drizzle with oilive oil

    - Add the remaining spices (as much as you like)

    - Enjoy!
