I'm Amy Donohue, a Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
My goal is to not only help people improve their diet and eating habits through wholesome, nutritious foods, but also transform their relationship with themselves.
Growing up as a dancer I put a lot of pressure on myself to look the part which meant constant yo-yo dieting, obsessing over my body and just being really hard and critical on myself.
It wasn't until I visited a Naturopath in my early 20’s that I started to understand that food isn't the enemy, but actually our best medicine. I also realised that I needed to stop looking outside of myself for happiness.
By switching to a wholefood, healthier diet, working on my negative mindset and taking up yoga and meditation,
I have not only lost 14 kilos, but healed my digestive issues, improved my energy, learnt to deal with stress and anxiety
and become a much more positive person.
10 years on, my passion is now my career. After graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York as a certified Health Coach I have launched my own Health Coaching practise and run retreats across South East Asia to inspire women to take charge of their health, detoxify their lives and be the best possible version of themselves.
